How can I print those? Or are they the way as there are now for the version?

I preferred and tries the first 'get around' suggested and could get
good quality printing.
But the frame and the title box still do not print. I test-printed
'datapath{sch}' from 'MIPS Cells' which has a frame and a title box.
This MIPS Cells are from 'Help -> Load Built-in Libraries'.
Also I selected 'Plot Date In Corner' which did not print either. I
could print those in Electric version 7.00.
