Dear Experts, I have been using Electric tool for VLSI Design and IRSIM for simulation. I noticed that not all the .prm files in IRSIM have the parameter "lambda". My doubt here is, is it not required to specify lambda. If not, what will be the value interpreted? Also I would be glad if some one can explain me the contents of prm file.
