This is not a reference implementation. The documents describe the
algorithm(s) down to the bit level. It is not tied to a specific
programming language or processor. The decision as to how to manipulate
the bits (C, asm, or FPGA) is up to you.
Maybe Eric C. can use his new DV-Dongle to publish some test vectors. :-)
