I am new to GNU radio software. I have used step by step instructions given in: http://www.tools4sdr.com/articles/Tutorial+to+install+GNU+Radio+with+cygwin+ and+Windows_2688210 to install gnu radio with cygwin. 1) What basic check can I do to ensure that gnu radio has been installed correctly? 2) Do I mandatorily need to install USRP drivers if I don't use USRP hardware?
