Ahh...I had tried power-cycling previously, without success, but
hadn't tried re-seating the RFX2400.  Upon re-seating, I am now able
to get the RFX2400 to be properly recognized (both tx and rx EEPROMs),
and benchmark_rx_rate passes all tests successfully.  Must have had an
intermittent connection.
