I've uploaded a sample of ATSC signal here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/63648777/atsc_data_6m4_short.bz2 The format is interleaved shorts at 6.4 MS like the current ATSC code uses. I successfully decoded this data with gnuradio, so the receiver code does work.
