If I may interject...

On July 6, Ben Hilburn sent this message address to Julio (via the mailing
list):

A very polite response by Ben but obviously it did not get through and now
two other contributors had to get involved.

Is there going to be a third time now?

I may not respond a lot and only asked for help once but I do read a
majority of these emails and would prefer that this mailing list is
reserved for legitimate questions that could not have been solved by a
simple Google search.
