It does not work even if I use float precision as
fftwf_complex *in2, *out2;
out2 = (fftwf_complex*) fftwf_malloc(NFFT*2*sizeof(fftwf_complex));
in2 = (fftwf_complex*) fftwf_malloc(NFFT*2*sizeof(fftwf_complex));

I attach cmake files. It would be nice of you if you take a look.
