Most new users should be installing gnu radio binaries via their os package manager repos or ppa. Pybombs should be used for 1. Helping get up to date oot modules set up and deployed ( like pip ) and 2. Helping developers set up their development environment. So I'm not sure installer is the right idea to impart on new users at all
