Hi,

ANT supports 75MHz - 1Ghz, but CBX supports 1.2GHz - 6GHz.

I am confusing coverage of antenna and daughter board.

What means these range?

Is this situation possible?
- Center frequency 1.5Ghz with ANT500
- Center frequency 325MHz with ANT500

Thanks
An antenna will be well-matched and provide some kind of reasonable radiation pattern within its specified operating range. Outside of that range, its impedance will become less and less well matched, and it likely won't provide a desirable radiation pattern.

The ANT500 is rated to 1GHz, but I suspect that it will be OK at 1.5Ghz, just not wonderful.

Hi,

There is no problem using these antennas with your board, as long as you terminate them correctly, 50 O. You choose your antenna based on your coverage, not your board. So what coverage do you need?

    Hi,

I'm using CBX daughter board which supports from 1.2GHz to 6.0GHz
    with ANT500 (from 75MHz to 1GHz).

Actually, I didn't know this antenna coverage.

    I have two question.

    i) Is there any problem when I use ANT500 with CBX ?
I have tested QAM and QPSK performance using OFDM using those
devices and the results are poor(very unstable, too many bit
    error in very short range).
So, I doubt this is antenna compatibility with CBX.

ii) Which antenna is best for CBX 40MHz(1.2GHz-6.0GHz) and USRP
    N210 ?
    There are three products:
    1) VERT400 (144MHz, 400MHz, 1200MHz Triband)
    2) VERT900 (824-960MHz, 1710-1990MHz Dualband)
    3) VERT2450 (2.4-2.5 and 4.9-5.9GHz Dualband)

    Thanks.
