That contradicts your original statement that they were on the same network, but anyway:
You will need to inspect your computer's network configuration. Usually, you'd just tell the computer that the network attached to the network card that connects to the USRP has a netmask of 255.255.255.0, meaning that all IP addresses that start with 192.168.10. will be found at that port. But that is up to your configuration – maybe you have configured your system to *only* look for 192.168.10.2 on that port?
