At this moment there are >300 KiwiSDRs online http://rx.linkfanel.net/ https://sdr.hu/?q=kiwisdr It connects to the KiwiSDR websocket server and makes the stream of IQ samples @12 kHz available in gnuradio https://hcab14.blogspot.com/2018/10/kiwisdr-gnuradio-block.html https://hcab14.blogspot.com/2018/10/decoding-stanag-4285-using-kiwisdr-and.html As I use boost.beast it may not compile with older versions of boost. It would be great if someone else could try it and provide some feedback.
