No, what I am trying to say is that GNUstep is more than just a toolkit. It is a collection of framworks and other kits (eg: musickit, graphicskit, etc) to
GNUstep itself is composed of -base, -make, -gui, -back, and then there are other apps in usr-apps and dev-apps (Gorm and PC), dev-libs, etc. However, those are not part of -core, which is what most people are actually referring to when they say "GNUstep". While Gorm and PC are not part of GNUstep itself, they *ARE* part of the GNUstep project, which has a broader scope than that of -core.
