gcc-4.1 just got into debian experimental, i will hopefully include it in my next GNUSTEP live cd version. which i am heavily working on these days. i also have xorg (still 6.x though). i want to open the development of this to public, please contact me if you want to do things also, for exmample at irc.gnu.org on #gnustep
