I wonder if anybody would be interested by having one or two days just /before/ the fosdem (say, thursday/friday, or just friday), to meet and possibly work together to prepare the fosdem ? (fix bugs, prepare the presentations, hack code, etc.)
I'm thinking that, as quite a few people (me included) have a long journey to come, adding one or two days is possibly not a big problem and would make the trip more interesting (and meeting before the fosdem would be cool anyway)
