You can do that with -fuse-ld=bfd in LDFLAGS, but I agree it’s not the right solution. The bugs that you’re seeing look as if they may be symptoms of the hash table bugs that I fixed in libobjc2 a month or two ago. Can you check if they’re still there with the 1.9 release branch?
