I noticed that I cannot comment on bugs that I filed; there's a message on top saying:
| You are not allowed to post comments on this tracker with your | current authentication level. It is not possible to submit a new bug either so the only reasonable explanation is that the tracker was disabled by one of the project admins. If true, is that on purpose? If so, what is the replacement?
