If Debian is too slow for your liking, you could host a Debian sources repository. Users would add it to their sources.list and install the .deb packages that you provided. However, I think some effort would need to be made to introduce these changes into Debian and into upstream of each of the apps and components that was modified, if that is not already there. Sveta
