This list is a voluntary subscription list. It's meant to help the community - if the traffic and discussions are not to your liking (or do not fit in with your timelines), you can always read them later (i.e. filter them to a seperate folder and read them at your leisure). I do not read every single message that comes through here - sometimes I ignore entire posts. Some of it's fantastic, some of it's crap, most of it can be useful in one manner or another. Given the current traffic on the list, it would take far more than 5 minutes per day to moderate all the discussions on this list. Perhaps there will be room for this in the future - but as long as it's not being outragiously abused, we'll continue as we currently are.
