I have had a lot of clients ask me for the full story on the CIRA whois. I
have told them that the situation will be resolved Nov 1st, per CIRA. I hope
this doesn't come back to bite us all in the butt.

Whoops....if the CIRA WHOIS says 'reserved', it just means that the name
existed in CDNNET (the previous registry), not that the order has been
processed.
