Lets say a bonehead ^H^H^H^H^H reseller makes a mistake and takes the
transfer out of pending before verifying the admin address and makes it
live, there is no way to fix this mistake without waiting 10ish days...
then again one could just be more attentive to admin email addresses...
I've been telling my customers that its like penalty in an Edmonton Oilers
hockey game, you do your time and then resubmit :)
I get your point :)
