That's what I thought, and that's what the docs say, but...
My client has put through an upgrade, both the 3rd level and 2nd
level show up in CIRA's whois. My system through the Reseller
Interface shows only his 3rd level as being registered, and only
enough $$$ for 1 domain.
Any thoughts?
