Has anyone else noticed the interesting accounting (on the payment
information page for your reseller account)?
OpenSRS applies the rebate, but then they immediately remove it with a
correction.
Example: (not real dollar amounts, but the entries are)
Oct 22, 2000 Affiliate Rebate $500US $0.00US $0.00US
Oct 22, 2000 Correction $-500US $0.00US $0.00US
We have been trying to get an explanation from the OpenSRS billing
department for a couple of weeks now. I was wondering if others are
encountering the same problem.
