Can you tell us all what the procedure is for an emergency DNS change?
Correct me if I'm wrong:

1. Customer submits request to RSP
    - domain name
    - DNS names +/- IP numbers
    - NOT username/password

1B. RSP should probably email admin contact (from active domains) to confirm

2. RSP submits request to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

3. OpenSRS does what to confirm ???
