I just noted this at

Though this entire document never mentions the phrase "WHOIS" I assume the
paragraph quoted above is referring to the WHOIS database.

Does anyone know if the ability to "remove bulk access" applie only to
NSI-registered domain names or does it also apply to names registered under
the shared registration system?
