While better error messages could have been built into the system,
VeriSign did not really give us enough time to make this setup perfect.
We were stiving for functionality, not supreme ease of use. The layout
and proper handling of the bulk interface for multilinguals has been very
well described (IMHO) so you should not have too many difficulties with
it.
