The problem is not what you *say* or *don't say*, the problem is what is *written* in the agreement. It seems that three different people from support email me on this on varying dates. I will not be satisfied until the agreement is *re-written* to reflect what you *say*. I am cc'ing this to the list because I think it is of interest to others on the list and maybe we can continue this as one thread instead of three.
