Hi - Sorry, I missed the start of this thread... from the archives I will try and clearly answer your questions: 1. There are no "ownership transfer" fees 2. You are well served to notify new registrants upon change of ownership that they are bound by the terms and conditions - we are planning on automating this 3. As we update our agreements, we do announce the changes. We try not to do this unless absolutely neccessary. The "last updated" you refer to is for the web page, not necessarily the agreement itself. I will ask our legal department to consider removing the ownership fee reference (to be included in our next set of announced changes to the agreements).
