You can renew it through the customer interface on the web site of any
RSP who allows renewals via the customer interface (e.g. the renew.cgi
script).
But note that many RSP's do not provide this feature and renew their
customer's domains through the reseller interface -- and the reseller's
interface can only renew the domains of that RSP's existing customers.
