You don't need many different keyboards (etc), just one good tool (there's
some examples in the docs at http://www.opensrs.org/multilingual.shtml).

Credit and exchanges rates is something you're going to have to work into
your business model - you'll either have to setup multiple versions of the
client code, or write a billing component the code can interface with.
You can pass the billing component the product, terms, and currency, the
billing component can spit back the price (heck, maybe even charge a
credit card?).

You can customize the emails if you use the API, not via the Resellers
interface.

Multilingual names do not resolve at this time, it's still in a testing
phase at the VeriSign Registry.
