In most cases, youd need to send a fax to NSI on the registrant's company
letterhead asking that the admin contact be changed. Calling them first so
that they expect the fax may be a good idea. This can take some time. My
clients have seen anywhere from a few days to several weeks go by before
they actually changed the contact.
The easiest way, of course, would be to get the ISP to approve the change of
the admin contact (which, ethically, they really should. especially if asked
to by someone they know to be the registrant.)
