If a client of yours spams, it is your responsability to handle that
client - we do not typically get involved in your dealings with your
clients.  However, if you are providing domain name services to a client
of yours that spams about selling domains (and ultimately gets it via you
via OpenSRS) we may need to act.

Typically spam is the responsability of the upstream provider - not the
registrar.  But we must keep some semblance of control over our own
channel :)
