RWI IP access *list* instead of ip "block"

 Hi,

 I vaguely remember that somewhere somehow I can specify a block of 64
(consecutive?) IP addresses from which resellers.opensrs.net RWI will
allow me to log in.

 1) where / how do I modify this setting

 2) how do I give it several *non-continous* IP addresses I need to be
able to access it from.
