Well....  if RSN does not activate the MLDN registry - then we've all been
had!

Seriously though...  this has all be put together as a "test" thing, and a
"possibility", and if [when] it does happen those of us that put our necks
(and reputations?) on the line to make it work will breath a lot easier.

The only organization that can REALLY answer whether or not this will all
actually work is Verisign (and perhaps the IETF - they have a say, don't
they?)

As for what would actually happen to the domains registered during the
various phases...  remember the dinosaur?  History books... (or e-books,
as the case may be).
