Dear Noah
what you can do is advise your friend to do some investigation on the
trademarks and their ownership for this name as well he can ask them to
let them goto the dispute resolvers approved by icann.
if they decide then your friend realy has to give up the domain.
else he can keep it if he can proive his side against what allegations
this company puts ip agains t your friend.
please correct me if i have advised wrong.
