We preauth (Verify, and reserve funds) first, then auth (Charge) it when
it's approved, assuming it's credit card. For any other payment method, we
take payment in advance, then refund if needed.

How does it know that it's legit or not? That's why it's approved by the
scripts, OpenSRS does a manual check to make sure that the email address(es)
match, then sends the confirmation. The receiver, maxtor.com's domain
registrar, will transfer or not. If they ignore the message, the transfer
doesn't go through, so no damage was done.
