That list is based on ISO-3166, which is THE standard. If/when that
changes, we update the code - and will announce it to you. It's remained
(afaik) static since we started our endeavours.
Are there official countries no recognized by ISO-3166? That's an issue
OpenSRS cannot fix - and someone can just pick the equivalent I suppose.
