Just went through this with them. You have to register your name servers
with NSI. If they don't have them in their database they won't change it. It
took me 4 months to get my name servers IP addresses changed. During that
time my customers we unable to move their domains over because the system
checks the IP addresses to make sure they are valid name servers. Well good
luck, took me 4 faxes and umpteen hours on the phone with IDIOTS!!!

Subject: NSI domain does not update opensrs nameserver

Hi all, Do you have this experience?

I have registered a new domain abc.com on opensrs.net and using this domain
as my nameservers.

ns1.abc.com
ns2.abc.com

One of my client who's domain name xyz.com is currently registered with NSI.
She like to move to our server so I send a domain modify request to NSI to
change her nameservers to ns1.abc.com and ns2.abc.com.

It's 4 days after I had sent the doman modify request to NSI. NSI has send
my client a authorization acknowledgment email but after that, no changes or
follow up has been taken place.

NSI does not update my client's record is that becuase of my domain name is
not register with NSI?

Do you have this experience? How do you solve this problem?
