I sent an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and it was read, but no reply.
 - Since the email headers of the messages indicate disabled "free" mail
accounts. 
 - The whois records reflect that their name servers are being listed. 
 - The administrative contact seemed like a likely contact. >>see below
