No, it doesn't.

BTW, can anyone show me a _working_ BIND configuration for the multilingual
domain names? I am getting the strangest error ever...

Like this:
Zone "bq--abyos3t2.mltdb.com" (file /var/named/bq--abyos3t2.mltbd.com): no
NS RRs found at zone top

I have this:
zone "bq--abyos3t2.mltdb.com" {
        type master;
        file "/var/named/bq--abyos3t2.mltbd.com";
};
And this (in /var/named/bq-abyos3t2.mltbd.com):
;pnz.com
$TTL    600
@               IN      SOA     ns0.axiobid.com.
postmaster.mail.conceptonline.hu. (
                        2001062319 ; serial
                        3600 ; refresh
                        600 ; retry
                        604800 ; expire
                        600  )  ; default_ttl

                        IN      NS      ns0.axiobid.com.

                    IN              A       195.38.96.100
www             IN              A       195.38.96.100

And I get this if I do an nslookup on bq---... whatever:
ns_forw: query(bq--abyos3t2.mltbd.com) All possible A RR's lame

I am getting frustrated.
