Anyone here have access to searching ALL reg system orders by domain name,
even those placed by other RSP's?
What is Tucows policy on divulging to the real owner who is involved with
having placed a transfer request? My customer just received a request to
transfer her domain name to Tucows. It was a name we had tried
unsuccessfully a month or so ago to move from another registrar, but she had
a second year on her contract there.
I am waiting to hear if she also received one from Tucows. The request from
the other registrar had no identifying information as to who originated the
request, just the domain name and her email addy (which is the reg'd admin
addy). I'm wondering if someone is actually trying to take her name or if
this losing registrar may have their records screwed up and kept that old
valid request of ours open several weeks after declining it?
