Genie,
NSI registry has to have all nameserver hosts "registered" in order to
process a domain application with them. Typically this can be added by
emailing [EMAIL PROTECTED] and they will add ccTLD nameservers to the
VeriSign Registry.
I have added these nameservers for you.
