So why don't you go AROUND the current admin contact and request, via fax,
that contact be changed?
Once you get a good address in there, the rest is easy.

Unfortunately, it's down to procrastination on the part of the current ISP,
which is out of my control. Actually, it's more incompetence - the domain
transfer has expired twice now. I get the feeling that the email address
listed - wrongly - in the registration is unmanned, dumped into a storage
mailbox, or piped to /dev/null. If I ever meet the person... *grrr*

As I said, transfers have expired twice now. Domain is due to expire on the
27th of this month. If the client loses the domain, I am going to kick up
*such* a fuss... :)
