Hii gaurav,
Yeah. I know you have a static IP. You have a dedicated IP. But you NEED to
get the IP of the machine.
Whom are you hosting your site with. Tell me that and I shall be able to
tell you which IP has to be given.
The IP you are giving has been assigned to your website, but your machine
has a different IP. The IP of the physical machine.
For example if you see the example :
mrlargo.com is getting OpenSRs installed. the dedicated IP to their domain
is : 209.182.142.10 (for example)
The site is hosted on a physical machine called talash.net which has an IP
of 209.182.22.33 (for example)
If you need to run OpenSRS script, you must have given the IP of your domain
only. Give both the IP's or use the patch which was given by a gentleman on
this list (if you are cool with Perl) ;)
If you still face problem, drop me a email off the list and I would solve
the problem for you.
