Dear all,
I have a nightmarish client who registered several .co.uk and 3 .com domain
name, this clients contract was terminated for reasons I wont like to bore
you with.

I have transferred all his .co.uk domains and pointed the DNS records for
his .com to his desired DNS servers. Now this client wants DNS control over
his 3 .com, I am not willing to grant this as part of the reason for
terminating his contract includes attempts to upload pornographic materials,
and I don't want any domain I am associate with .....

I asked this client to transfer his domain to another registrar or reseller,
he is the admin contact for the domains so there will be no problems
transferring the domains, he is unwilling to transfer his domains.

He complained to tucow and I received an email from someone called Karen
Johnston who calls herself openSRS's compliance office.

List, (1)I will be happy to transfer this domains to any reseller who wants
it (ii) Is it a mandatory opensrs or ICANN's policy to grant DNS
modification right to all users?

Regards
Temi
