I'd also be interested in this. After years of dragging their
heels, it seems like the new CIRA is nearly ready to go. I've just
received notice saying that CIRA will begin processing
pre-registrations of existing domains effective Sept. 18 from
registrars. They have put up this page which effectively seems to
indicate tucows has been approved as a registrar. GREAT!!!
