Actually William, our whois service functions identically to the one that
you reference above. The only difference being is that NSI gives
practical preference to recursive whois implementations that don't get
used. 

Translation: bw.org is just as good as opensrs.org's whois, but their
volume of inquiries is smaller. NSI wrongly assumes that massive amounts
of inquiries must be coming from Veri^H^H^H^H someone mining the whois.
