You pre-pay OpenSRS so that you have funds "on account". When you register
a domain, the appropriate amount is deducted from your account immediately.
It's up to you to collect the appropriate amount from your client.

Subject: Probably a silly question but...

ok, I'm pretty new to this stuff, but it just dawned on me.

A person registers with our service.
We've paid the $10 to OPS, and the client pays $XX to us for a years reg.

What happens next year? Do OPS 'bill' me $10, and I bill the client? Or
what? Does the client renew with me for whatever fee I've set, and I send
(figurativly speaking) 10 bucks to OPS.

or. say I have 1000 domains registered with me, I simply pay OPS 1000 x 10
each year, plus what ever the next requirement of 'registration slots' is?

I can't find any references to this in the FAQ's anywhere.

Thanks
Robert
