We're working on the problems you have listed here - each one is a
completely seperate issue and must be looked at seperately.

1) Transfers are backed up a little bit, our Admin staff is swamped (and
we're working on allocating more resources to that).
2) How many domains and what method of change are you doing? If the
process runs for more than a couple of minutes you'll have problems. Try
changing one contact at a time in the batch.
3) When did you do the bulk_transfer, and what errors did you get?

I've actually been speaking to you about the bulk_transfer part, and am
awaiting some more feedback from you. Would you like to continue this
offline?

Ok - OpenSRS isn't *perfect*. And with the major upgrade we're working on
ironing out the few wrinkles that appeared in the transition. We're in a
much more robust environment using a transaction based database now - this
is causing some wrinkles that were hard to determine from the redesign
phase, and as they are located we're fixing them. Please be patient, and
work with support to solve individual problems.
