The 'Low Account Balance Threshold' notices need to be sent when the
"available balance" falls below the amount, not the "current balance".
It is very possible that someone could have the following situation:
Current Account Balance: $4000
Amount Allocated for Pending Transfers (or new regs in progress): $4000
Available Account Balance: $0
Send notice when current balance drops below: $4000
In this situation, the RSP would not be able to submit any orders, and they
would not be notified the account balance was low.
Please fix this oversight ASAP.
